Express delivery is our real next-day tier — every order in this zone ships from our Calgary store and arrives the next business day, one step down from the same-day service our Local Delivery zone gets, and one step up from the 1–2 business day timeline everywhere else in Canada.
The zone covers the rest of Alberta beyond the Calgary local area (Edmonton), plus Saskatchewan (Regina, Saskatoon) and British Columbia (Vancouver, Surrey, Kelowna, Victoria) — 7 real destinations in total, all on the same next-day timeline regardless of which of the three provinces they're in.
It's worth understanding why these three provinces share one tier rather than each getting their own. Next-day from a Calgary store is realistic for destinations reachable overnight by standard courier network, which covers all of Alberta, Saskatchewan and British Columbia. It has nothing to do with those three provinces being grouped for any other reason, purely real transit time from where the store actually is.
Edmonton is the clearest example of how this tier actually gets decided. It's the second-largest city in Alberta, roughly three hours north of Calgary, close enough for reliable next-day delivery but too far for the same-day promise the local Calgary zone gets. Distance from the store, not the size of the city, is what puts it here instead of in the same-day tier.
Regina and Saskatoon cover Saskatchewan's two largest cities, and Vancouver, Surrey, Kelowna and Victoria cover British Columbia's major population centres. That's real current coverage, not the full list of every town in either province, coverage expands into smaller towns and cities as the site's delivery network grows the same way it has for Alberta.
Shipping rates for express next-day orders are shown at checkout before you pay. Free delivery over $75 is reserved for local Calgary-area delivery, where orders don't have to travel across provinces.
One real distinction worth knowing: express is next business day, not next calendar day. An order placed Friday evening ships out and arrives the following business day, which typically means the order doesn't move over a weekend the same way it wouldn't on a public holiday. That's a standard courier constraint, not something specific to how this site ships.
Age verification happens the same way it does everywhere else, real government-issued photo ID checked at the door, confirming the minimum legal vaping age in your province before the package changes hands. That minimum varies by province in this tier specifically: 19 in Saskatchewan and British Columbia, 18 in Alberta, so the same express-delivery tier still checks a different real age minimum depending on exactly where the order is going.
If your city or town isn't named here yet, that doesn't mean it's outside coverage entirely, it means it hasn't had its own delivery-area page built yet as the site's real coverage keeps expanding. Check the Across Canada Delivery page if you're outside these three provinces altogether, since that's the tier covering everywhere else products are legal to ship.
Tracking works the same way across every tier on this site, express included: you get a real tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, not just a confirmation that it was placed. That's the same tracking every other tier gets, same-day and nationwide alike, not something exclusive to this middle tier.
Choosing between express and the nationwide tier below it isn't really a choice for most orders, your own address decides it. The real value in knowing the distinction is understanding why an order to Saskatoon arrives faster than one to Toronto despite both technically being outside the local Calgary zone, rather than assuming every non-local order ships on the same timeline.
