Where we ship
Top Grade Vapes only ships to provinces where these products are legal. ID verification required at delivery.
Rates & free shipping
Free shipping across Canada on orders over $75. Standard shipping rates apply to orders under that threshold.
Dispatch time
Most orders leave the warehouse within 1–2 business days of purchase. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Age verification at delivery
This site is restricted to adults 18+, though the minimum legal age is 19 in several provinces we ship to (British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Ontario, Nova Scotia and others) — the minimum in your own province applies to you. Government-issued photo ID is checked at checkout and again at delivery — an order can't be completed without it.
Checkout security
Payment is by Interac e-Transfer, confirmed manually once we receive it — we never ask for or store credit card details anywhere on this site. Your order itself is created and held securely in our Shopify system as soon as you submit checkout.
