How the Cutoff Actually Works
Same-day is real, and it works the same way for every order in the zone: place it before 5 PM MT and it ships the same day, from our own Calgary warehouse. Order after 5 PM and it goes out the next business day instead — there's no way around the cutoff, since that's when our own dispatch actually runs.

Which areas actually qualify for same-day delivery?
Calgary, NE Calgary, Downtown, SW Calgary, Bowness, Airdrie, Strathmore, Okotoks, High River and Chestermere. See our Local Delivery page for the full list with links to each area's own page.
Is same-day delivery available outside the Calgary area?
No — same-day is specific to the Calgary zone since that's where our warehouse actually is. Everywhere else gets next-day (see our Express Delivery page) or 1–2 business days nationwide.
Is there a minimum order for free same-day shipping?
Orders over $99 ship free same-day. Standard rates apply below that.
What happens if I order right at 5 PM?
Orders need to be placed before 5 PM MT to make that day's dispatch — right at the cutoff, it's safest to assume next-business-day rather than same-day.
Do I need ID for same-day delivery?
Yes, every time. Government-issued photo ID is checked at the door to confirm you meet the minimum legal vaping age in your province.
